Living Independently and Safely

 

   In spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments, seniors live independently and yet enjoy the peace of mind that comes with 24-hour emergency assistance, electronically monitored security cameras and weekly housekeeping services.

 

   Apartments have all-electric kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.  Amenities include three meals daily, weekly housekeeping services, daily activities and scheduled local transportation. 
 
   Patios on first-floor apartments look out onto the countryside or courtyard.

Many residents furnish their patios with lawn chairs, bird feeders and

potted plants.  

 

   Porches on second- and third-floor apartments allow residents to step outside and enjoy fresh air and a treetop view or simply sit comfortably and

relax or read.

 

   Bathrooms are fitted with walk-in bathtubs, grab bars and

emergency pull cords.

 

   Each resident is provided an emergency pendant. 

 

   All utilities, local phone service, cable TV, and three meals are included daily in the monthly rent.

 

   Compared with similar housing facilities, Our Lady of Mercy maintains the highest quality of care at one of the most affordable rates in the

metropolitan area. 

 

   Rental is month to month with no long-term commitment.
