What is included with independent living at Our Lady of Mercy?

Apartments have all-electric kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.  Amenities include three meals daily, weekly housekeeping services, daily activities and scheduled local transportation. 
 
Patios on first-floor apartments look out onto the countryside or courtyard.

Many residents furnish their patios with lawn chairs, bird feeders and potted plants.  

 

Porches on second- and third-floor apartments allow residents to step outside and enjoy fresh air and a treetop view or simply sit comfortably and relax or read.

 

Bathrooms are fitted with walk-in bathtubs, grab bars and emergency pull cords.

 

Each resident is provided an emergency pendant. 

 

All utilities, local phone service, cable TV, and three meals are included daily in the monthly rent.
